Professional surfer Malia Manuel shares how yoga impacts her surfing:
“A wave can be anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. The way you choose to use your breath and flow with a wave can really make an impact on the way you ride it. I think yoga and surfing is very similar in terms of a moving meditation… When you’re on the wave, it’s all about being in the moment.”
